Custom Order Information

HOW TO GET YOUR CUSTOM SPOT

Custom Orders will be offered in the "Shop" Tabs in their product type. 

If you see a spot available for the item you are interested in, click the purchase button to pay your deposit and claim your spot. 

Please read ALL information on the custom listing. There are very important details pertaining to what you can order and what we are capable of creating.

What you are purchasing is a deposit on the item. It reserves your spot so we can create a custom piece for you. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Not all items will be available for custom orders, but if your interested in something and haven't seen a spot available, message us on Facebook , DM us on Instagram  or email us here so we can include a spot for that item in the next update. 

DETAILS

Please include all details in the notes section when checking out to help us understand your vision!

The customizable details will be included in the description, please read these for things we may not be comfortable with or able to do.

WAIT TIME

We are full time cattle ranchers and evening leather workers, so please know that our time is limited.

We give an estimated completion time frame in the details.

If you are hoping to get the item by a certain date, we need to know that upfront and we will do out best to accommodate you. Sometimes, life happens and it is not feasible

TIMELINE

Once we are ready to begin working on your order, you will be contacted to finalize details and pricing.

Please note that once your details are final it could be anywhere to a week or over a month wait on your item, depending on the specifics of your order.

Sending photos to us of our previous work is a definite yes! It is very helpful to see things you like and don't like for your order.
