Your satisfaction with your order is our top priority. If there is something wrong with your order, we would like know so we can help to correct the problem.
Tracking will be all electronic and is your responsibility to ensure shipping address is correct upon payment. Seller will not be responsible if product is shipped to incorrect address provided by the buyer at checkout.
If you purchased an item(s) and they end up being the wrong size, store credit will be applied for the original price of the item. Items must be unworn, free from stains. If the item shows signs of wear,or item is in any condition if which it cannot be resold, JL Custom Leather has the right to refuse the refund for store credit.
Returns are eligible within 15 days of receiving your product. After the 15 days, refund is no long eligible. If you choose to exchange/ special order correct size (stock quantities are limited), please be aware those sales/exchanges will be FINAL SALE. The buyer is responsible for shipping back to JL Custom Leather.
